This was my first visit to this branch, I expected it to be busy at 3pm on a Saturday, and it was, it was absolutely packed inside and we had a 10 minute wait for a table, even though the table we eventually got seated at seemed to be empty when we first arrived. It was easy to find, just a short walk up the road from Watford High Street tube station, though I nearly walked right by it!

This branch is ridiculously packed and small, the tables are so cramped that it's incredibly hard to get around, I nearly walked into a waiter on my way to get a refill and my friend actually bumped into the table next to us, they could really do with reorganising the table layouts.

The Food - 2/5 - The food was incredibly disappointing, I got my usual Butterfly chicken extra hot with peri-chips and garlic bread. The garlic bread was very hard and crunchy, too hard, and since I'm weird and cut it up with my knife and fork, it made it really difficult. The chips were also disappointed, they seemed slimey and soft, not very nice. The chicken was pretty average, not the best or worst I've had. So 2/5 for Food.

Speed of Service - 2/5 - The speed was also disappointing, our food took over 20 minutes to arrive, I understand that the branch was busy but it was still a long time, though my friend had only ordered sides and they managed to bring both at pretty much the same time. Thought I overheard the couple at the table next to me saying that they had been waiting for one meal for a long time, and that her man was halfway through his already, very poor performance. 2/5.

Friendliness of Staff - 3/5 - Nothing really happened with the staff, they took my name before our wait and called it 10 minutes later as they said they would. The Nandoca politely took my order and stamped my card, though didn't give me an approximate waiting time for the food. When the Nandoca asked if ww wanted anything else they were very polite, apologising for interrupting us, not very happy and smiley though so 3/5

Decor - 2/5 - I didn't pay much attention to the decor, nothing stood out, just an average Nando's, but as I said, the tables were incredibly close together making it hard to get around, they did have a nice waiting area with cool comfy seats though 2/5 for Decor.

Overall this was a disappointing branch, and next time I'm in Watford I'll definitely go to the other, bigger branch about 10 minutes walk up the same street. 2/5 overall.
