Westfield - Shepherds Bush - sazmeister88 Review

I am used to the Teddington branch, so Westfield was a disappointment. Dry chewy chicken with little sauce, whereas in Teddington the chicken is moist and smothered in sauce; tough and chewy garlic bread whereas I am used to perfect garlic bread; and the service felt very rushed even though it was no busier than the Teddington branch - when the time came to pay for my food, the chip and pin machine was almost thrown at me so that I couldn't catch hold of it in time and it nearly fell onto the floor (the wire stopped it). Also, this is the first time that nobody even bothered to offer to take our order for dessert when they came to clear the table (ie. grab our plates and run away). I love Nando's because my experience is usually flawless, so this was a disappointment. Anyone coming here for their first Nando's probably wouldn't come again!
