Asked for halloumi sides and said they didn’t have any, spoke to a manager because at different stores when they run out of halloumi sides they use halloumi sticks cut in half to serve inside burgers or wraps. This nandos manager - angel - didn’t even let me finish explainging before rudely telling me no. The reason i asked for the manager was because of the attitude given by daniela who was on the tills. So to have the manager also speak in such manner was crazy.

Not a fan of the layout - I understand that a big Westfield needs a big Nando's but I think it's way too cramped. Round booths are cool though. Always a bit of a queue, which isn't great, but I'll allow it bcos it moves fast. Noisy.

Wow ran out of all veg burgers at Nandos ! This is not the first time this has happened . Spoke with Angel who was a duty manager and he had such a care free attitude and did not give two hoots ! I appreciate you run out off food but all the time ! No Ice or enough syrup in the drinks machine. Come on Nandos you must do better .

i had a pleasant experience. it my first time there and staff were kind and smiled at me. the interior was great too and food came relatively fast. the cashier was very lovely despite it probably being a long days shift as i went in the evening. the only downside was the table for 2 i was on was really tiny and so close to the table next to me it was a little uncomfortable but i guess its understandable due to demand. thank you for your service.

Bad customer service - chicken was dry, sides not delivered at the same time as the main order, had to ask for my rice. I also asked for an extra side but staff were unwilling to take my order at the table (unlike when they want to offer dessert). Server seemed flustered and not prepared to help. Had to ask someone else to help (which he did).

Cutlery was dirty and the ceiling decore is dusty.

Why is this place always so noisy? I go to talk to friends, not deafen myself.
Why do I always seem to get shown to a table right next to someone else? On my last visit two couples were seated at the same time, and the person wanted to sit us next to each other; the other couple asked for a corner table.

I had the pleasure of a day out with my god-daughter. We were in Shepherd's Bush as we did the QPR stadium tour in the morning and I was taking her back for the game. We went to this Nando's with a football friend of mine, so there were three of us in total. There was a bit of a queue, but most of the people in front had buggies or were big groups so we ended up skipping a lot of the queue and were seated in less than 10 minutes.

This Nandos is located on the second floor of the large Westfield shepherds bush shopping centre. There are two large parks under the shopping centre with thousands of spaces available. Shepherds bush tube station is right next to Westfield with its Hammersmith & city and the circle line as well as frequent buses from uxbridge and Hammersmith also stopping here.

Just a fleeting visit to Shepherd's Bush and the first stop took me to Nando's in the Westfield shopping centre. It's certainly a large complex, with a variety of restaurants/bars, shops and a Vue cinema to choose from. Getting here is easy too, with Shepherd's Bush Overground/Rail and Underground station and also Shepherd's Bush Market Underground just a few minutes walk away.

Westfield is a massive shopping centre by Shepherds Bush tube station with a fine collection of shops, eaterys and a Vue cinema. The massive Nandos store is on the 3rd floor by the cinema and has a glass wall and open sections that allow it to look down on the rest of the shopping centre. I was taken to a table by the large wooden Nandos in the end window, the tables were overly crowded in and i had to disturb several people both to get to my seat and then get to the till.

My food arrived within 5mins but my dining companion had to wait a good while longer for their food (for which staff apologized for a mix-up, fair enough). The usual Nando's in a giant shopping centre.

Wow. This is the first time I've visited this branch and not had to queue. Decided to change our order after we'd paid: the staff were great about it and the service was very fast. Biggest double chicken wrap I've ever been served!

all round good eating experience, great food, and service, the good decor added to the general atmosphere.

Always a big queue here. They let me inside to use the toilet while I was halfway through a long queue. I wish they hadn't. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since Arsenal last won a trophy (sorry, Marc!)

This wasn’t a planned visit to Nando’s, just a spontaneous visit since we were at Shepherds Bush and I knew there was one in the shopping centre, Found the shopping centre easily then used my Nando’s sense to find the branch on the second floor I think it was, It seems to be quite similar to the branch in the other Westfield shopping centre… Confusing.
