Why is this place always so noisy? I go to talk to friends, not deafen myself.
Why do I always seem to get shown to a table right next to someone else? On my last visit two couples were seated at the same time, and the person wanted to sit us next to each other; the other couple asked for a corner table.
It makes more sense to me to spread us out as much as possible, and then fill the gaps if and when more people arrive. That ensures that, even at very busy times, arrivals are likely to be staggered, and customers will sit next to empty tables some of the time.
If I wanted to play sardines I'd stay in my poky London flat not go out to a restaurant.
Of course, Nandos food is good, so I do come back from time to time; this branch is sometimes a bit emptier and some of the tables feel a bit more private than others.
