2 (Quite disappointing - seems rushed, may have some parts burnt)

Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

Bad customer service - chicken was dry, sides not delivered at the same time as the main order, had to ask for my rice. I also asked for an extra side but staff were unwilling to take my order at the table (unlike when they want to offer dessert). Server seemed flustered and not prepared to help. Had to ask someone else to help (which he did).

Cutlery was dirty and the ceiling decore is dusty.

i have visited this Nando's on several occasions in the past and this has been my most disappointing experience.
