Very rude manager, no soft serve working and refused to replace with another form of ice cream for Children’s menu even though someone has done this previously for us as soft serve rarely working. She was pretty rude about it and blunt, saying that other options were available (juice not desert, which my daughter doesn’t drink). Had a face like thunder too so not particularly personable.

I usually love the food here very much. I just love the great imitator and since they have changed it to wrap its just not as nice. If i ask for it in a pitta instead the servers say they will get into trouble if they make it the way the customer wants. Its such a shame as it really does ruin it for me and stops me visiting.

The most rude manager was in at around 9-10 3rd of may, they messed uo the order then tried to accuse of lying and were reluctant to give the correct order which was asked for then even after changing it they laughed at our order and still got it wrong we then stacked all the plates on the table and put back the sauces giving them an easy clean up job and as we left we were not acknowledged and just confronted with a huff and a miserable face, never experienced such an awful attitude, the you

This Nandos could definitely do with a refurb - it is in the old style, and still has the classic sticky wooden tables which have gone from most of the London branches nowadays!

The 97th Nando’s to open in the UK lead me to Bath, a city I had never before visited, but had always been curious about. On a sunny Saturday morning, nine of us in total travelled to Bath from different locations, myself by car from Wales. Bath now have two Nando’s restaurants, this first one being in the town centre, about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the station on James Street (the newer Nando’s is pretty much in the station itself).

Arrived all well, waitress took our vouchers she miss counted so we had to pay extra when my husband realised we couldn't change it! ordered waitress gave us the wrong drinks! Ordered pudding waitress didn't give us the dishes!! The was the same waitress!!! Not good!

This is a great place to go to before an evening out in town or a movie at the cinema. It's easy to access via bus or you can park in the nearby Sainsbury's car park. The restaurant is fairly large and rarely too busy so it's always easy to get a seat without a wait. The time it takes for food to come out is a little longer than expected given how quiet it normally is, however the food always tastes great - 5 chicken wings and spicy rice!

James Street Nando's is in the heart of Bath in the same building as an Odeon cinema (£9 normal adult ticket), some other eateries and a pub. As you go in, you can see a Nando's menu on the ground floor which tempts you to make your way up to the top floor where Nando's is located. I arrived with SVC after the drive over from London and we embarked on our mission to conquer Bath Nando's over 3 days.

I really enjoyed my visit to James Street Nando's. Parking was easy, it was easy to purchase a copy of OK magazine nearby and by the time I returned from the shop, my food was already on the table. The staff were very polite and pleased to see my dining partner. The restaurant itself is very nice with a large, glass window, cool art and nice music played. I liked it!

There is probably Parking much closer But I parked up where the sat nav took me which was not where the nandos was. This gave me free parking after six pm and a walk in the rain.

This Nando's is located above a Wetherspoon pub and housed within the same complex as an Odeon cinema - and, judging from this Tuesday evening, is certainly the place of choice for all cinema-goers.

It's in the City Centre, so follow the signs to this and Southgate parking an you'll be fine. If you arrive after 6pm, as I did, you'll pay £1.50 up to 8pm, when the parking is then free right up to 8am - so very reasonable. Southgate is a five minute walk away.
