We were a birthday party of 6. Loved the chicken livers. Veggie food was excellent. Lovely staff. Fabio made a fuss of our birthday boy. He was the perfect host. Better than most posh restaurants. Thank you so much

I visited nandos today with my 2 year old daughter. The man that served me was so polite and helpful. He even came over while I was sat at the table and refilled our drinks and got my daughter ice cream. Such a pleasant surprise when many places don't seem to welcome toddlers!

I really hate doing bad reviews. But this place deserves it, if you enjoy Nando's and expect that high quality of service that the brand is known for do not for any reason go here (Bristol- Cribbs Causeway is the other side of the car park a much better restaurant) So t'was the first Monday of the new year and I thought I would check out a Nando's that I have been meaning to go to for a while a cold very wet dark night.

Arriving at 3pm on a weekday afternoon, this Nando's was as empty as I expected. I was of course sat immediately, and service was very quick, though the tills were not manned when I went up to order, and it took a Nandoca about a minute to notice me.

Ordered the 10 Wings Platter, there were 2 chicken wings that looked liked the dog had attacked them first, it was placed at the bottom of the plate with the other 8 wings hiding these hideous looking wings, these 2 wings should never have been served. The 10 wings had a funny soft texture, almost liked they were boiled to death. Had the 2 horrible looking wings replaced, not impressed with the quality control, won't be going back here in a hurry.

This Nando's is at The Venue at Cribbs which is an additional leisure park to The Mall. There's a Vue, a Hollywood Bowl, an Anytime Fitness gym and other eateries. As with the rest of Cribbs Causeway, there are thousands of free parking spaces and it's just off J17 of the M5, so best gotten to by car.

I arrived here at about 10:15pm and other than one table of four I was the only customer in the there, so it was pretty quiet - and the food took just under 15 minutes to come.

New Nando's at Cribbs. Busy the night we went but staff were very attentive keeping things moving. Despite the number in the restaurant the food came within 10 minutes and was perfectly cooked. No problem redeeming vouchers like at Cabot Circus.

Opening day. Arrived and was very welcomed, door was opened for us, everyone we passed spoke. Lovely place, expected to be very clean as brand new. The normal nandos speil when came to the menu. Offered a bottle of wine as a gift, but not everyone was given this. Ordered main, came out very quickly and was hot. Then went down hill. A lot of staff doing not much except sitting at the back eatting and drinking along with talking to their friends.

Opening Day!! This store is close to the existing Cribbs Causeway Mall store but so much better being an actual store as opposed to a gap in a food court. It is part of the Cribbs Causeway Venue leisure complex along with Vue cinema and a Hollywood Bowl in addition to kfc, pizza express and other eatery competition. Parking is easy due to the massive free car park that surrounds the stores and access is easy being just off the M5 motorway.
