This Nando's is located inside the Intu Braehead Shopping Centre which, along with the re-branded "Soar @ Intu", forms a very large leisure/retail park. Across the two sites (which are five minutes walk from each other), you can shop and eat at just about every chain going and have fun at an Odeon Cinema, a Bowplex, Laser Station, climbing walls, crazy golf and the Snow Factor (snow slope). It's within easy reach, just off J25A/26 of the M8. Nearest train station is Hillington West, which is a two-mile walk away. Be aware of the opening hours for this particular Nando's. As it is subject to the Intu opening hours, it closes at 9pm weekdays, 6:30pm Saturday and 6pm on Sunday. The other Nando's in Soar (five minute walk away) is open until 10pm every day.
Parking: 
There are thousands and thousands of free spaces across the whole leisure park.

This was an awful experience. I was verbally abused by a staff member who made my daughter cry and caused me to have an angina attack due to the aggression and venom displayed. I was told the customer is not always right after a 45 minute wait to be handed food that had been made 30 minutes previously and just wasn’t bagged up! We saw it in the warming oven!! We asked food to be remade and it was take to the kitchen and same food brought out!!

We were welcomed by Ryan who was polite attentive and really helpful.
The restaurant was cold due to aircon and he moved us no hassle.
My friend has hearing aids and music causes interference with her ability to hear conversation he turned music down.
We fed back positive comments at the time but it would be good if you as a company did too.

Elijah, amazing amazing customer service. They were short staffed and he was working his socks off to make everyone's customer experience as equally great. This new store in the food court of Braehead shopping centre which benefits from a host of free parking, Whilst I don't normally like the food court versions of Nandos this wasn't too bad as the centre was quite warm, the store was in the corner of the food court so it didn't have a large pedestrian flow past it and the corridor was wide enough you aren't over shadowed by customers.
