Had a collection time of 7pm was ignored until I re asked the waitress 30 minutes later about my order And was told it “wasn’t on the system“ whenever I’d been sat waiting without any word from anyone , the waitress then wrote our order down , we had asked for peri tamer sauce , & I always repeat and ask them to make sure our food isn’t spicy as I can’t tolerate it we then received the order & travelled home to then realise the food was cold , we had been given ‘extra hot sauce on ou

40 minute wait for food.
When asked about it food appeared immediately
- cold.
Asked for fresh warm food - came to the table 2 minutes later same food different plate - cold
Money back without question - the guy didn’t even argue when I said it was the same food and he said he watched it come off fresh from the grill to which I responded - is the grill turned off as the food is cold. I hate being treated like a fool.

Ate chicken butterfly was possible. Sweet potato wedges were freezing cold they forgot to heat up precooked wedges . Got replacement heated in a microwave tasted disgusting. And we're sat at a table that was wobbly. Terrible experience.

Don't get me wrong, i really enjoyed the food but don't sit in the back section as you will hear the ins and outs of the staff's life behind the counter. This was made clear when i overheard a tall skinny guy, i didn't fully see name badges but i think it was 'Tom'?? I did see he had a shirt on whilst the others where in tshirts, disturbingly discuss at length and in detail about a table of young girls, couldn't be any older than 15?

I had 1/4 medium chicken with chips and corn on the cob. It was so good I loved the spicy chips they were delish :). My mum drove n the car park it's really big and is free for 4 hours parking so was great to park

So onto my 301st UK Nando's which took me to Hamilton. This Nando's is located on the Hamilton Palace Towers leisure park which is spread across both sides of the road (the A73) and is host to a range of shops and eateries as well as a Vue cinema. There are hundreds of parking spaces offering up to four hours of free parking. The car parking area where Nando's is, is smaller than on the other side of the road, so be prepared to drive round a bit.

This store is in a busy shopping complex which it shares with a Vue cinema, Holiday inn and a ASDA. Parking was chaos the night we went due to Christmas shoppers. The store is very fresh, new light and airy with lots of wood and some impressive art work. The staff were friendly and chatty. The seating is in lots and lots of booths with the toilets right at the back.

The chicken was good, large succulent perfectly cooked chicken, the chips were ok too.

This is new in Hamilton and it's amazing!! Lovely venue and the staff are wonderful... baring in mind I know a few of the quite well. Clean toilets are always a must for me - you can tell the standard of a restaurant by the standard of the toilets and these are up to scratch!! The service is always brilliant and the food is up to Nandos standard. I love it and will be back time and time again!
