Don’t park outside the Costa & nandos park on the main carpark which is a 1/2 min walk opposite wren kitchens.

Staff were very helpful.We ordered 2 meals, both half Chicken & fries.The meals were 1 Leg portion and a Chicken Breast portion which was very,very dry as if had been standing for a while.

One member of staff with long hair and glasses was clearly trying his best and was very nice. Everyone else seemed aggravated and rude. Not our fault your app didn’t work, and we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Will not be returning.

Slawek was fantastic. Really stood out from all the staff. Looked after myself and my partner was so helpful and polite. Even though these times are different, he was smiling the whole time and made us feel extra welcome :). Thank you!

Went to Nandos for my Sons birthday and food arrived cold when we complained to the staff they gave us a look as if we shouldn’t complain.

Eventually they changed our meals

Food should be served straight away hot and not left under the lamps

Might be a while before coming back

A lovely drive down to the New Forest was split up perfectly by this fantastic lunch at Basingstoke's second Nando's which is in a retail park with ample parking right outside. The weather was on our side and we were able to sit outside for a scorcher of a meal.

It was a sunny day and we had a fantastic table outside! I was mostly asleep and got to stay in the carrier on Mummy's tummy throughout the meal and I think she really loved it. Daddy and Safta also enjoyed the food and there was free parking right outside!

My chicken pitta was very enjoyable, and had the perfect level of spice. I followed this with some bottomless chocolate frozen yoghurt, which was delicious!

Peri Peri chicken livers dry due to the kitchen not adding sauce sauce. No butter for the rolls. Butterfly chicken burger very dry. Chicken texture like leather. Prepared food mounting up under heater and staff standing in groups chatting. This is my second visit to this branch and will not be visiting this branch again ! For the price you pay you would expect a good quality meal. Shame on you Nandos !

This Nando's is located on the new St Michael's retail park - which is an extension to Brighton Hill Retail Park. There are hundreds of free parking spaces spread across both retail parks. Basingstoke train station is a 2 mile walk away.

Seems odd that this extension to Brighton Hill has been done, especially when there is a huge Toys R Us empty... but hey ho.
