It's located south of the city, just off the City Bypass. Straiton Retail Park is mainly a large retail park with large stores like IKEA, Dunelm, Argos, Halfords etc and is also home to a large Asda and Sainsbury's, with other eateries such as Frankie and Benny's and Subway. There's no train station nearby, so is one to get to by car or bus.

The chicken on the bone was really succulent. The loaded fries were amazing and came with lots of sauce, cheese and, shredded chicken. The spicy rice is always delicious and not too spicy. Everything was piping hot and came to the table very quickly.
The staff are incredible and all work as a team with faultless service. This very quickly became our favourite restaurant and we can be seen here two and sometimes three times a week!

45 minute wait to be seated, the QR code to wait in the que went to under 10 minute wait then shot back up to 30 minute wait, 45 minutes later table was ready.

I ordered the "new recipe pita" which I wont be ordering again, not sure how this has been approved to be put on the menu as it was tasteless, can only think the people who approved the new recipe like bland tasteless food very disappointing from the previous recipe.

By far, the worst restaurant I’ve been to in my life. The place was a bit busy, but the wait for my food was too long to defend. I overheard staff being rude to other staff, it was appalling. I felt sorry for the people who work there- there are some clear dictators in that workplace. No respect whatsoever. If they can’t respect their staff, I wonder what they say about customers.

I ate at Nando’s this evening and had a wonderful meal with my partner, all the food we ordered was perfect just how we always love our Nando’s. We also witnessed when we were in a very rude member of the public being very abrupt toward staff because her food wasn’t ready.

I visited that branch yesterday and the service was horrible. I was really excited when I got there but then my excitement went out the door soon after. The young lady at the tilt told me my wait would be only five minutes as I was taking my order to go. I sat waited fifteen minutes right Infront the tilt. The young lady noticed my facial expression and offered to go see how my order was going.

This nandos is below average, staff are not that nice, take ages to sit you down or give you food. They get your order wrong and then just SWAP your food - food is also cold as it was sitting out for ages. Dirty floors and also no forks or anything out at the front - worst nandos ive been too

I had order your chicken breast burger and piri chips. The chicken was undercooked, could not eat and I received regular chips instead of the piri ones, all in all, a terrible experience for somewhere that's normally really good. Doubt I'll be back now.

This stand alone store on the edge of a retail park with massive amounts of free parking is quite impressive with a tile mosiac on the outside of 2 hands making a heart. The inside is wooden, bright and airey. We had a bit of a discussion to get a table we wanted, when I say discussion, we turned down a table that wasn't suitable for my disabled brother and when we were told to stay with that table we went and chose an other empty table and stuck at it.
