Parking: 
This Nando's is located on the A61 ring-road around Harrogate town centre. There are hundreds of street bays on many of the roads inside the A61 ring-road, priced at 70p/30mins up to a max 3 hour stay, Mon-Sat 8am-6pm. For longer stays, there is a multi-storey (West Park) priced about the same but has opening hour restrictions.

I went to the Harrogate restaurant on Friday and I was completely blown away by the service from Leo Faro and his team. They were personable, took time out to understand all our needs. For someone who frequently travels and has been in a number of Nandos (Speke, Widnes, Northampton, Birmingham, Guildford, etc), this was by far the best nandos experience I’ve ever had.

There was a young lady (wearing glasses) who went beyond being helpful and giving exceptional customer support. You need to give her 5 stars out of 5 and recognise her for outstanding service.

What on earth ha e Nando’s done to the menu?? The pittas.... you can no longer have lettuce/cucumber/Tomatoes/plain Mayo. Now you have to have this horrendously plain slaw with tasteless Mayo!!! My weekly £60 order has just moved to another take away!!

Nando's is quote slow and can not carry out the right orders of our food which slows everything else down. i ordered 5 plain chicken wings but instead got twenty hot wing. i am very disappointed as this has happened more than once.

Absolutely fantastic service! I got seated by a Girl Called Geaorgia. She was extremely friendly, smiley and helpful! She looked a very busy lady to be fair but she was the most patient person I have been servered by. I wanted to say thank you personally but I couldn't find her as I left. So I hope this message gets past to her managers and herself.

Would like to say that a specific waiter stood out to me, by the name of Simba. Very friendly, and very attentive, the customer service from him was so good I had to put a review. He is also very quick to clean up our plates, as well as serve our food and does not hesitate to ask if we need anything else.

Stopped in on this new Nando's on the way back south! It's located on the A61 ring-road around Harrogate town centre, so is easily found. After an incredibly tiring day at the international trade fair in Harrogate, I decided to drag my weary parents out of their hotel room and take them to Harrogate's Nando's. We had had a very disappointing meal the night before in another restaurant in the town so feeling disheartened and not so confident in the town's eaterys, they had resolved to grab a takeaway. Not on my watch. I knew that in order to restore their faith in eating out, a Nando's was in order.

I was in Harrogate for 3 days for the local government association conference, being that Harrogate is a aging spa town excellent for conferences with the winter gardens and conference centre and so with a steady rotation of visitors that would make many tourist towns jealous. This resulted me coming to this one month old Nandos 3 days on the trot, with 3 different Nandos virgins who should look kindly on the chain should one ever come before their planning committee.

New Nando's in Harrogate was the location. Scheduled to open at 1130, we rocked up at 1135 to see it hadn't opened. After a short wait outside we were greeted and shown to a table.

After a short time pondering the menu, I went off to order, joining yet another queue of hungry Nando's diners wanting to order. After a while I was served, and returned to the table.
