I recently visited Nando's and had an incredible dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, with that signature peri-peri spice. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, and the sides were on point.

But what made the experience even better was the fantastic service from Emerson. He was attentive, friendly, and really made sure everything was just right for us. Emerson's warm attitude and attention to detail truly made the meal memorable.

Hawwah, our server was very professional and helpful. She provided exceptional customer service and is an asset to nandos. The food was scrumptious, our every demand was met. The vibes of the evening were good vibes. Thank you Hawwah

The staff in the door entrance was so rude as if shes talking to an ignorant people. She obviously do not know customer service. She ahould not be in that work..

Went here as it was good location! Food was really fresh and was delicious!!
Only downside is I was waiting almost an hour for the food even though tables that came after us were served before us for the same food!

Leicester Highcross is just as you would hope a Nando's would be.
This is the nearest Nando's to the Cathedral for people visiting the last resting place of King Richard III - the King in the car park! It is opposite the site of the Inn where the late King spent his last night before going to the Bosworth Battlefield - it has been replaced by a Travelodge and a casino.

Excellent, as always.
Mango and Lime breast quarters, chips, etc, just as we like them.
Great atmosphere created by great staff who care about what they do.

This store is part of the Highcross retail unit with big names like John Lewis, House of Fraser and Debenhams along with food greats like Carluccios and Cafe Rouge. The Store commandeers the key corner location on the edge of the development in a sleek mirrored building with a Showcase cinema housed above it.

As always, great food and wonderful service. I had had a bit of a rough day and we went in to cheer ourselves up with a Nando's in one of the very best Nando's around - the other greatest ones being Leicester Freeman's and Leicester Meridian. Leicester Granby St is not quite as good as these three, but is still up on a par with any we've been to elsewhere.

As always, the staff greeted us with genuine pleasure. They recognise us here even though we are not as frequent visitors as we are at Leicester Freeman's. The food was as good as always.

I normally eat at nandos and find it exceptional!!!! HOWEVER on this experience I did not!!!
My friend had a birthday and decided to eat here before we went out! We had ordered a table for 10 a week in advance!!!
Once arrived and we had sat down only 8 of us could sit at the table and that was all squished and not comfortable at all!!!!
I asked to be moved yet the waiter too us we had to wait for 30 minutes!!!!!!

Just been to Leicester Highcross with my wife. It was quite busy, as usual, but the staff take it all in their stride - even saw two of them skipping arm in arm back to the counter to take some more food out.
We received the same excellent service as we always do and the food was up to its usual high standard.

The spiciness was quite subtle and the marinade seemed to help make the chicken very juicy and moist which was pleasantly different. Sadly though the frozen yogurt machine was broken and the staff were not able to fix it. I did get a refund though and they were willing to provide it instead of being reluctant which helped.

great meal chicken wings with chips and coleslaw. enjoyed evey bit.

I have loved Nando's from the very second my lips touched the mouth watering peri peri chicken 5 years ago. From then I have been an avdi Nando's fan and have visted three times in the last week alone. However my visit yesterday in particular stood out for me as the atmosphere was more inviting than usual (not that it isn't amazing anyway!), the spice of peri peri lingered in the air a little longer and the food arrived literally minutes after I had sat down.
