Sam with the long hair was super friendly, kind and considerate and extremely helpful. The staff were all helpful and the manager even provided my loaded chips with more chicken as it was going out of date that evening so it wouldn’t be wasted… one of the best Nando’s restaurants around! A*

It was the best experience due to service of all staff especially Alana who was very professional and friendly. I updated order 3 or 4 times she did not mind, was very helpful and
understanding.

I had a wonderful time at Newbury Nando's! Mummy wasn't that impressed with the shops in the shopping centre as quite a few of them were shut, but I was all in for my third Nando's in a week!

I discovered that you can order plain tortilla wraps for £1 during this visit - a real game changer! I ordered my now usual garlic BBQ chicken fillets with chips and spicy rice. Another big discovery was grilled pineapple, delicious!

Not very well signposted but found this Nando's eventually! Staff were nice and polite, and restaurant still feels new and was very clean. Food came in a reasonable time, though maybe slightly on the slow side considering how empty it was. Food itself was noticeably above average, with a nice tender breast in the pitta, and hot, steamy rice. Only slight let down was the pitta was poorly cut, so it broke and sauce fell out.

Food was allright, just very small portions, you must order half of chicken minimum otherwise u will leave hungry, very small portion of chips. As I visited Nandos in different country before, I can compare it and I think for hungry adult person is this really small portion of food. Me, my kids and my boyfriend went from Nandos Newbury to kebab shop as we were still hungry! No, we are not fat family :-)

This store is in the Kennet shopping centre in the heart of Newbury, the town best known for Vodaphone, Traffic jams and its Bypass. It seems to be a renovated wing of the shopping centre which features TKMax and Debenhams reduced along with a lot of empty shop fronts, much like this recession hit town. The store is bellow the Vue cinema and has windows facing out of the centre towards the Bus station, unfortunately you have to walk right into the centre to enter the store.

This Nando's is located in Kennet Shopping Centre with a Vue cinema next to it. The Kennet is very well signposted by road, so easy to find. The evening rate on the day I went was FREE so not sure how much it normally costs. It does look like you can get your parking validated from a number of retailers inside though. I also saw a pedestrian sign for Newbury train station being only half a mile away - so close for that too.

New Nandos, I have visited 3 times now, so far terrible everytime. We waited years to have a Nandos in Newbury so it's a real disappointment!
We were seated quite quickly, placed order, wanted to make an addition to the order and had to wait over 10 minutes to do so, as one man was on the tills and yet there were over 13 members of staff walking around-looking at us, as the line of people grew, still not one person thought they should jump on a till.

I haven't been to a Nando's in some years but I was so pleased to have come this evening. I brought along my husband and 3 of my children, it was my youngest 2s first time. It's a shame they wanted to go somewhere else, but they did enjoy it! Myself, my husband and my eldest daughter really enjoyed our meal. Just what you need for a cold November evening! My youngest 2 loved that you can get your own drinks and frozen yogurt and say they'll come again!

Not my first visit to nandos, but my first visit to this new store so I knew to expect a high standard!
But if you want raw chicken this is your place!!! Take away order of a large amount of chicken and it was ALL raw! Disgusted.
Won't be going to this particular resterant again! Very disappointed nandos!
