Would just like to thank all the staff at Stamford street for their enthusiastic and welcoming service from the money we walked in to the minute they left they was attentive and really felt like we was waited on hand and foot. It was our little girls first birthday and the team really made a fuss of her. It was the perfect way to end her birthday celebration! Absolutely brilliant team couldn’t have done enough for us!

We were served by a lady named Dee and she was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I do not normally leave reviews but this one I had to find a way because of just how outstanding the service she tendered. The whole experience, even though it was just supposed to be a regular Nando’s lunch was made exceptional by her (Dee’s) service and how delicious the food was prepared.

Despite working pretty close to Stamford Street, I’d never been to its Nando’s before. This changed on Monday night when I suggested a quick bite at Nando’s as a joke, which resulted in us actually going there. Mid way between Waterloo and Blackfriars stations, this branch is probably easy to miss unless you happen to use Stamford Street as a through route. My girlfriend was worried we wouldn't get a table at 6pm on a work day, but needn't have been.

A quick cheeky Nando's for a Thursday evening, and Stamford Street was selected due to its ease of access from work. It is very close to Waterloo, Blackfriars, and Southwark stations. The RV1 bus runs past, and there is on-street parking.
Entered the outlet, and was seated straight away. A table in the far left hand corner of the outlet, by the window. After looking at the menu I went to order. This was a pretty quick and slick process, which is always good.

I found myself in central London and my friend and I were craving a Nandos. We had been at an event at the 02, but the Nando's there had a massive queue and we couldn't be bothered to wait. As we needed to get back to Waterloo to get the train home, we headed there and then used the Nando's App to find the nearest branch (what did we do without the Nando's App?!?!).

Arrived ️around 12.30 on a Sunday, they were surprisingly busy, looked like a big group was there just before us. The food came quickly despite this and tasted great. Had a minor issue with my loyalty card and forgot to give to cashier. The manager however took to put my points on after when asked with no fuss. A great place for lunch on route to imax.

A bright Nandos with open glass front. Welcomed by a friendly host, having been to other Nandos ordered straight away and tried the new drumstick starter with Prego steak Wrap. The food was amazingly good and my chips came piping hot. The food was over in 5 mins the starter was there virtually as I returned from ordering. The restaurants art is very interesting, especially the barrels on the wall.

My local Nandos, working in ITV around the corner, come down regularly with my team. The service is always great and this restaurant seems to get busier every time I visit. The food comes very quickly and was around 4 minutes this time. A very good time considering it was completely full. If anything could be improved the queue to order at the tills even with all tellers working is quite long and cramped. Food is always of a good standard and staff remember us week in week out.

If you have a good sense of direction you'll probably find this branch within ten minutes of exiting Waterloo station. If you're like me however, you'll walk up and down Waterloo road before realising you're on the wrong street then check street maps for the destination. Just to let you know it's down the road where Kings college is on the right hand side...

Really good Nando's; located a couple of minutes from the IMAX - it's a shame there's not a Nando's in the South Bank complex itself. Staff were excellent, as was the food.

Came to this Nando's on Saturday evening just before 6pm - and it was very quiet, only a couple of tables in use. Being in London for the weekend, I was on the tube so didn't pay any attention to the parking - but probably N/A.

It was the date of the contributor's dinner for the month of September and this was the easiest London Nando's I had ever gone to (It was literally a few minutes walk from Waterloo - no tube or anything!).
The decor was again very different to other outlets I had seen and truly encapsulated its own identity which is nice to see in a chain - that carried over to the seating too! All in all, it felt like a comfortable place to sit down and chat with my fellow Nandistadors!

I've heard about Nando's before but it was my first time eating there. I liked the atmosphere, the food was really nice and due to the rateyournandos event I got a 20percent discount.

I was deeply disappointed to miss the raffle. The timing of the event was somewhat inconvenient for workers such as myself who have an undefined termination time for the working day. Looking forward to the next event nevertheless.

We were here for the contributor meal so we could expect excellant service and that was exactly what we got!
I was surprised how empty this store was just south of the river in central london, but it hd an excellant outdoor area and every thing inside was neat an spick and span. The staff were smily and friendly and the tolets clean (they reminded me a lot of Zebra's). There was a range of seating and some good interesting tables and chairs inc the waiting area for take away.

I've now had some experience parking in the area and can advise that parking in the evenings is actually quite easy in the back streets around Southwark. You can also pay around £4 an hour for street parking if you want during the day, though finding a space can be difficult.
I've been to this branch a couple of times now and this was by far the best visit yet. It seems the teething troubles I experienced early on have now disappeared, with a much tighter ship being run.

my new favourite Nando's perhaps?!
Being closer to my occasional work location would be a bonus, although Clink Street is probably a nicer looking place in a traditional sense.
I digress...
A newly built modern Nando's with wonderful Staff all helping out, including little details of moving the queue to a sensible place to avoid blocking corridors... something that was annoying in Notting Hill the night before.

My last day in a Nando's speaking country for a few months was marked by a visit to a new branch for me and overall I was rather impressed.
The exterior of the building where Stamford Street Nando's is found is quite unique with colourful panes all the way across and up the building.

My best friend is Nandos crazy and happens to be a motorised wheelchair user who has lived on Stamford street for 8 years. He was ecstatic to find this branch was opening and we were both so impressed by the service which can be difficult to find in the circumstances.

I had hoped to be the first to review this one but I was beaten… Grrrr… After getting lost by going the wrong way while trying to find it, I eventually got there... It’s easy to find from Waterloo Underground Station if you’re not stupid... Like me, just turn left when you come out and walk past the big IMAX and you’ll find it eventually.

I've been following the build-progress of this new Nando's for a couple of months now, and it was a shame to not make it on opening day. The next day had to do, and my first visit was quite a mixed bag; mainly due to teething troubles.
Great customer service and food.
