Bicester - Pioneer Square

Very rude staff

So disappointed with our visit. Waited 20 mins for our table, we ordered immediately once we sat down, and it took 45 mins for our food to arrive. My partner’s food took another 10 mins to arrive - after I’d eaten mine! Tables weren’t cleaned when customers left and there were a number of customers complaining to staff, including ourselves, at the speed of service. Once the food arrived, it was warm, verging on cold.

Stopped off at this nando’s as was passing by and really hungry, got welcomed at the door and sat on a lovely little table by the window, went to the bar and ordered the usual, chicken thighs. The woman that served us was lovely, and super friendly, also pointed out that she liked my piercings as she had the same, think her name was Paris. Food was served in under ten minutes by the same lady and she made sure we had everything we needed. was a really nice visit with lovely staff.

Took a party of 12 and we all had a great time, staff are all lovely and helpful. food was fab and hot.

Staff continue to argue amongst themselves.very unprofessional!
head waiter picks up food off the floor and puts it in the bin.continues serving without washing her hands.i tell the dolly on the till and she laughs
They run out of chicken and pass off some non and I repeat non marinated chicken as there own.what a load of crap.the manager told me I can have a free dinner.no thanks.keep it!

A Sunday drive down the M40 from Walton to Bicester was easy enough until we exited at junction 9 and encountered traffic caused by the thousands of Bicester Village visitors. Luckily this Nando's is in the town centre away from the hardcore shoppers and even luckier in this case was the fact that a Sainsbury's was located just opposite the restaurant meaning many birds could be killed with the proverbial stone.

This was my first visit to Nandos which my daughter had booked for her birthday. There were 12 of us.
I had 1/2 chicken with Creamy Mash and Macho Peas.
My meal was perfect and probably the best chicken I have had.
The whole evening was excellent, with friendly helpful staff, and great food.
I will certainly go again and can only recommend Nandos Bicester for a great meal.

Will was a very attentive host greeting us at the door. We turned up with a large party an only had to wait about 25 minutes for a large table to be organised. It was quite busy, but being a Friday night that's entirely expected and we didn't have to wait too long for food. My only tiny little negative is that I only had a 1/4 chicken which was delicious however it was made up of more bone than meat and I had a huge piece of chicken spine.
