Horrible service went in to do a take out order got told it would take 15/20 mins which was fine i placed my order at 3:45pm I saw my order getting packed and placed at the collection part so I waited to be seen by a staff member to see if it was my order at this time it was 4:15pm she went over to the order stand to which she said no it not done yet and walked away another half a hour passed everyone that had got served after had got there order and was gone the same girl asked another me

I was completely exhausted from work and decided to get a full plater with spicy rice and fries for dinner . Was served by Scotty his customers skills were amazing , very polite, and quick service too . I was more than happy to leave a tip… went personally speak with his managers ( not sure about his name) to ask how could I review my Nando’s experience .

My meal was 1/2 chicken, mash and chips. the chips were cold I’m not one to complain normally but the chicken were also very overdone and burnt. I travelled here via train as it was a weekend away here. Definitely won’t be coming back to this one

Why 1 has not been distinguished from 7.
Literally, it is very difficult to say if your table is 1 or 7. Mine was 7 and I thought it is 1. It took ages to get a very low wuality food. Even after the manager realised the table is wrong, they gave me wrong food. I ordered something else, I received something different.
My kids didn’t like the food too, although they always do.
Absolutely disappointed.

Hi ordered food today at 1:06 it said on the receipt, waited until 1:48 for our order to arrive we didn’t complain or kick up a fuss but other customers was being seated, they eaten and left whilst we was still waiting for our food, yes food was delicious when it eventually arrived but by the time I got my food my belly adjusted to the hunger

It was my birthday i had been treated horribly by a different restaurant which resulted in us walking out. We had booked the table to the restaurant we shall not name for 7.30. We had waited at that restaurant from 7.15 until 8.30 as they refused to sit us all down until everyone had arrived. By 8.15 when everyone has arrived they told us it would be another 30-45 minutes wait until we could be seated at a table.

I have visited a few nandos restaurants and my fave is definitely is the one on Manchester fort , I always get exactly what I ask for , staff are the best very helpful , very clean and very organised and believe me I'm very fussy as I only go into places my daughter and I feel very calm and relaxed in as she is on the autistic spectrum x

Manchester Fort has got to be one of the bet nandos ive been too. The staff couldnt be any nicer even when they walked past they had a smile on there faces. The food was cooked to perfection, and was very fast service. They had us seated as soon as we walked threw the door. I really enjoy my visit to nandos manchester fort every time i go.

This Nando's is located on the Manchester Fort complex and is home to large retail outlets such as Argos, Next, Sports Direct and other eateries including Subway and Pizza Hut. If you're travelling by car or walking, head for post code M8 8EP. There are hundreds of free parking spaces on the complex so great. If you do walk (as I did), it's only a mile from Victoria station/metrolink so will easily take less than 20 minutes.
