No heat to sauce. Wings very small. Garlic bread heavy. Chips nice

Our server,Alex, was very willing to help! He gave us a refund for an accidental purchase of an extra drink. Actually cared about the service and was kind in seating us in a booth. Would definitely come back :)

Am never ordering anything from Nando’s Bull ring! They gave me wrong order,had Chack it in the bean. Rang them and promised to give me a voucher even now am still waiting! Very disappointed and angry! Went to the store but no one knows about my case

We had an awful experience! The staff were so rude and all looked like they wanted to be somewhere other than here! Their was a wait on food that we were unaware of becasue we weren’t told. We had to get our bottomless coke 3 times becasue it was flat and when we asked the staff to replace they just walked off!None of the staff were apologetic and their was such a lack of communication it was a joke.

Tried to decline armed forces discount, over 40 minutes wait for a boneless sharing platter (when chased for update they said it was a wait for food but didn’t advise when seated or placing orders). Several tables seated after us ate and left before we got our meal. Table next to us was cleaned but food scraps left on the table. When food arrived chips were reheated, garlic bread was stale and chicken was over cooked on inside but barely cooked skin. Not impressed and wouldn’t recommend.

Millie was the best! She let us try the secret Nando's BBQ sauce and it was awesome! Super sweet girl! Keep her!

I was visiting Birmingham for an evening conference event at the International Conference Centre which is just off Broad Street. However I had arrived a few hours early and after checking into my nearby hotel I decided to take a look at Birmingham Bull Ring shopping centre, and enjoy a chicken based dinner with added peri-peri goodness.

Does no one work or go to school in this city? It was one pm and this place was packed. Though I suppose in saying that I'm always at work on a friday. A large queue and fifteen minute wait is what greeted me so i was dreading the food waiting time. The nicely coiffured young man wanted to lead me to a table round the back but i hi- jacked table 22 right by the utensils area and funnily enough next to table 42?

This was the first time i had visited the Nandos in the Bullring, had always been put off on the queues outside but craving a chicken decided to brave it and wait. Although the queue was large we were told it was a twenty minute wait which I didn't consider long to wait for food (was extremely hungry). The queue moved relatively fast and before we knew it we were at the front. The seating in this restaurant is very spread out but still can fit large numbers of people.

Fantastic staff and some of the best chicken I've had. Will deffo be back soon. Probably within a week

First visit since it has been renovated and extended? (seemed they have removed tables and extended the kitchen, as well as creating anoutside area)

Waited 10 mins for a table, was a bit awkward as i had my newborn in the pram and we struggled to get round to our table with her. Aisles are less than one person wide, and i was almost sitting on my neighbours lap..

It was basically empty when we went in but we went literally the second it opened so that would explain it. I'm not from Birmingham or overly near it but I was visiting the area and decided to go to Nando's because well, it's the best place ever.

I frequently visit this nandoes and the service is quite good. Rarely do we have to wait. The chicken is not always the freshest and tender and the chickens need to be marinated rather than just put on during cooking. Yet the food is always the best as nandoes is the best.

The staff were very friendly despite I accidentally knocked all the sauces over during a past visit. lol. To end the quite clean but too packed. The tables are too close.

Parking in the Bullring is £2 an hour.

We were able to get a table for 10 on a relatively busy Friday evening without too long a wait but this Nando's is almost always busy so think about other branches in central Birmingham at peak hours.

Slap bang in the middle of the busiest shopping centre, the Bullring, you would expect the staff to be so busy, they wouldnt have time for you. Complete opposite, despite it being busy they were welcoming, kept the place clean and the food was AMAZING!

This visit took place during a Saturday afternoon and was VERY busy. After a fairly lengthy wait for a table and queue at the till the food took a fair amount of time to arrive but was of a good standard.
