I have been to your establishment many times across the country. Due to your reduce menu, I went for the beanie wrap - if would be highly appreciated if you could bring back the Butternut Squash & Sweet Potato wrap! And my boyfriend had 4 quarter chickens.

If you want ta genuine authentic chicken barbecue in England then you must visit Nandos. Great food, wonderful service, great atmosphere, excellent value you do get what you pay for. I went with my friend and we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly by Kata who guided us through the menu. The food was delicious, even more by be delivered with a radiant smile as I never saw before by Natalia (an other reason why I could go to the same restaurant everyday)!

It's been 7/8 years since I was first/last here not that I remember that visit.

Staff kept us waiting at the entrance but when someone did arrive to show us a table, they gave me table 8 in the window which I asked for. I hate sitting at tables like that where everyone passes by and can see you eating but it beats waiting for another table or having to sit upstairs.

On my back to Brum meant a little drive round the North Circular so it would have been rude not to pop into Brent Cross! This Nando's is on the second floor (or floor 3) and is nearest the blue section. So if you want to park as close as possible go for Blue 3 :-) Otherwise, it's only a couple minutes walk from wherever you park - and there are thousands and thousands of free parking spaces to choose from!

I've dined at this Nando's more than any other but it's not really that convenient. I don't know what it is about this place but it varies every time. There always seems to be lots of people, yet it's much worse at lunch time. The food quality has swung from excellent to dour, the service has been all over the spectrum too, it must be to do with the vast numbers of hungry clientele.

Very disappointing. Had to pour on extra sauce, which I suppose isn't such a bad thing. Still had the general quality to be expected from Nando's, just seems that this time it was rather perfunctory. A lot of people, lots of children. Don't like Brent Cross overall because it's too busy but Nando's is often a great reward for the rigours of shopping there. If you don't know the area, you have to drive which is a hassle anyway as the roads are painful.

It had been a while since I'd been to this branch and service seems to have dropped off since its early days. Food took quite a while to come despite the restaurant only being a little over half full. There seemed to be a great deal of rotation between the staff from the meet'n'greet to till operator and to waiting; I noticed it meant some customers kind of wandered in and set where they wished. Staff were pretty good to us (aside from the wait for food).

Located in the heart of a large shopping centre that is losing its relevance and appeal by the day, this branch is always packed at weekends. Had a disappointing service incident around redeeming my loyalty points which overshadowed the last visit. Nevertheless is a chicken mecca in an oasis of average dining options. Certainly provides better value for many when compared to nearby Leon, Wagamama and Burger King. And is a great deal more satisfying than neighbouring Pret!

I'd advise people to think very carefully before visiting this restaurant. Every time I've visited it, two things have happened: i) despite there being many empty seats inside (today I counted 12 downstairs alone) there is always a queue outside the door to get in ii) the staff seem to be (how can I say this politely?) not the most intelligent.

No queues outside (rare for this branch) so decided to grab a quick lunch. My food took so long to come I actually stood up to go and get it myself (it had been ready to be brought to my table for around five minutes.) However, it was just about worth the wait. Delicious!

Free parking galore at this west London shopping complex.

Can mean a bit of a stroll to get to the restaurant depending upon which part of the car park your in to get to the food court.

The Restaurant has a lot of light pine wood and was quite light and airey, despite being on the second floor of the complex it has a further floor of seating above. There is a large wooden tree decoration up the middle and onto the ceiling.

this is in a shopping center, parking is free and can be within 30 seconds of you getting out of our car. staff was very friendly and food was delicious. one added note i asked for Peri chips and i got about 50%more chips than i normally get #Yummy

Located in the restaurant area of the Brent cross shopping centre, this Nandos is well connected via road, tube and bus! Plenty of ample free parking and well connected via public transport. The restaurant is quite small so can gets full during busy lunch and dinner periods every weekend. Food is very nice and can recommend visiting after a long afternoon of shopping.

Having never been to Brent Cross shopping center before, I struggled to find this branch, I had to actually use a map which is upsetting because I usually have a Nando's sense.

Quarter chicken portion was too small

At this Brent Cross branch of Nandos I liked the wood decor and lighting plus spanish music. Staff helpful and food good and served hot- i didnt want spicy hot!!!
