My Son and I popped in here for dinner. Not had Nandos for 2 years. Wish we hadn't bothered! Asked for table for 2,was given 1 menu! Had to ask for another menu. Very quiet and not particularly clean looking. My Son ordered us chicken breasts with mash and coleslaw with bbq dip and a chicken wrap with chips and garlic bread. Decided after payment we wanted pitta triangles with garlic mayo dip and add an extra portion of garlic bread to order. Waited ages.

When in Falkirk for a sports competition for my daughter we ended up stoping at Nandos. The parking was fairly easy to find a space and found the restaurant quickly.

Friendliness of staff - Our first impressions on the staff were not exactly brilliant and rightly so as our impressions didn't change much during our meal. They looked very unhappy to be working there and didn't try very hard to make us feel welcome.

So onto my 300th different UK Nando's... and I ended up in Falkirk! This Nando's is found on the Central Retail Park, which has over 2,500 free parking spaces - and Falkirk Grahamston train station is a five minute walk away. There's also a Cineworld on the retail park which Nando's is situated next to.

This store is wedged between a Hobbycraft store and a Mothercare at this out of town centre shopping centre which also contains a Cineworld. Lots of free parking available.

We waited on food for 35 min, chips were hot but wraps were cold. Order was wrong as the plain wraps had sauce in them. After notifying staff a fresh wrap arrived however it had only single chicken instead of double and plain chips instead of peri peri. Each time food was taken onto the floor staff went to several tables with the food (the staff do not know table numbers). The whole experience was a total shambles, tills were chaotic along with the kitchen area.

Had a fantastic visit! First time I took along my 4 year old fussy child and he loved it. Shall return in a few weeks with my 11 year old. He can't wait!
