I have been visiting this restaurant day one it was opened Recently they have employed a duty manager Kadeen I hope I have spelt her name correctly whom I think position has gone in her head that she thinks she would set her own rules telling customers (myself and children) were not allowed to sit where we wanted even though the place was vacant. She offered the table to a group of two but for us where we were three people didn't qualify to sit there.

Josaphine was my waiter she was very attentive and showed great customer service, i think if you guys do employee of the month or a bonus Josaphine should be rewarded!

I think the guy that served me was called Benji. He was spanish, really nice teeth and black curly hair. Me and four other friends ordered ordered 2 full platters and suggested the Jumbo platter for more benefits of eating Nando's. He was really friendly and nice. He would make sure we were eating well. Filled my cup as I was inside one of the booths which was really good customer service. I would always like to be served by him. Well done Nando's.

The nandoca that I had server me in store (Ednei) was able to get my friend and I order correctly. We felt welcome as soon as we entered the restaurant. The restaurant was also very clean and other severs were polite.

Love the food and costumer service! always lovely staff and food always cooked perfectly, never had to complain about it :) I had a peri peri chicken burger and chips! Its a close by nandoes so I find it convenient to go there. I also appreciate how the ketchup bottles are always full and the sauces are never running out!

Enticed to Nandos, Kensal Rise by kids wanting burgers and friends word of mouth recommendation.
As a minimum, we were expecting a decent, moderately priced dinner.
How wrong we were.
Arriving at Nandos we were met by an attentive waiter who escorted us to a table, gave us menus and then left us alone to decide.

Unless something bad happens, I rarely bother reviewing a restaurant more than once. And, having said that, I tend to avoid multiple visits to restaurants where possible since I started RYN'ing.

This was the first of two Nando's on this evening's trip - and now one of the few London Nando's still remaining! I was on the train and so this Nando's is just a five minute walk from either Kensal Green underground/overground station or Kensal Rise overground station. In that short walk I had three different police vans drive past me... so probably one to not leave your car around... ;-)

The Kensal Rise Nando's is relatively new, however I feel that it has already managed to force itself into the NO.1 spot to eat in the Kensal Rise area. Today, on my 3rd visit in the past two weeks, I ordered Half Chicken medium with spicy rice and halloumi cheese. Now i'm not a huge fan of cheese, but my gosh this cheese at Nando's is incredible. Its cooked perfectly and is just amazing. The chicken was of course delicious, with the wild herb sauce drizzled on top, which made it 10/10

Who can blame me for partaking in a post gym nando's? Had the intention to go to clapham but seeing as blayne had been here so recently i travelled for an hour to get here. Not that close to the overground though but within walking distance and very hard to miss.

Was working in the no-mans land between Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green so headed up to the Kensal Rise Nando's to grab a takeaway lunch. The branch is located at the bottom of a modern new-build and looks good from the outside.

Balloons welcomed me to this store which gave the impression something special was going on and made the store look good from outside. The interior was exceptionally clean and tidy with bright colours, no dust on the window sill behind my seat which impressed me and they have plenty of coloured Barci masks on one of the walls which gave it a homely feel.

First impression was simply bad. Feels like a canteen and the noises are unbearable. Dirty dishes, dirty cutlery, dirty napkins, only a few bottles with sauces available. Floor covered sticky something. Staff not exeptional friendly and some with a "can't be bothered" attitute. The chips were cold and so was the chicken

This was an eventful visit which got off to a terrible start with the horrendous parking conditions in the area. The best that James and I found after 45 minutes was £1.20 an hour, but you could only pay my phone as the machine was not working. Not impressed, Westminster Council. We even tried phoning Nando's to ask if they had any tips for us, unfortunately they didn't.
