Service was lovely, Hashim and Eve were particularly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food and as there was a large order Hashim had constantly come back to check if everything was okay with the food and when it wasn’t he was hands on.

The food was fabulous. The waiter was so nice and friendly and he is the reason why I would come again and again. His name is Dan and he served us very well.

We were greeted promptly and with genuine smiles and kindness. We ordered at the till with Zahra who was super kind and had a great energy. Our food was great but we were a but disappointed with the fries. However, Kimbo who I believe was a manager came over and quality checked our meal. When we expressed our opinions about the fries, Kimbo quickly got us some new ones and did it with a smile! I havnt been to nandos since I was a kid.

All good except for no forks last time I was here I got my food before I got forks and I told the staff about it and I still had to wait for the cutlery and my food got cold. I came to eat to night and the same thing again. I forgot about what happened 3 weeks ago only to get stuck with cold food again because this time there is now knifes. All is good but this simple thing will make me not come again in a long time if ever again. That's a pitty because staff and food is nice.

I had been to Nandos in Dubai but not in the UK but whilst visiting Ilford (Norwich is my local) we decided to visit Nandos and boy am I glad we did. The food was out of this world and the service was the same. The staff were attentive and helpful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing but the food - well I still think about that meal. We had a wing platter and loved every mouhful of it. Unfortunately I live half an hour away from my local Nandos so don't get to go as often as I would like.

I am a very keen nandos fan... moved to Essex a few years ago and this is my closest Halal branch... almost as good as the Nandos I am used to in melbourne Australia... I spent 3 months in melbourne- best halal food available to me was Nandos...keep going!

I was a very big fan of Nandos until recently when I noticed how they cheekily began to think of ways to take more money out of the customers. First step- All the plates and bowls were replaced with smaller sizes so as to lessen the portions of food. Secondly they increased the prices significantly of nearly all the items on their menu . When I asked the cashier about this, she ignorantly replied 'Oh these prices are inclusive of the VAT" when the VAT was clearly not added in them!

There is a slight problem with this branch. I always have to queue outside no matter what day I go on. On the day of my last visit, believe it or not, I had to queue for 1.5 hours and then got a seat. I was told though that I would have a seat in max 30 minutes. By the time I got inside and actually got my food, I was too drained and exhausted to enjoy it.Wish something could be done about this.

Parking £1.20 for 2 hours in the nearby car park which seems reasonable.
As for the restaurant itself, we were lucky enough to be given a table by the entrance which meant we were continually subjected to cold air as people came in and out.

Not the greatest Nandos. The food was good, but the staff were not. Not your usual Nandos personnel.
A fair bit of parking as it is right near the Cinema complex and Ilford Exchange shopping centre. That possibly says more about Ilford as an area, rather than the restaurant itself.
