I have a lot of allergies and dietary requirements and they were the most helpful set of staff I have ever seen when I've been out to eat. Delicious food too!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend

I came to nandos for the first time. There was a lovely man with a happy smile at the door, he was kind and talkative and just made my day as it was my first time at nandos. Shoutout to Dexter - Tim

Overall the whole experience was a bit of a mess…

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a happy and helpful gentlemen (Alex I think was his name). We went up to order and was served with a smile and everything my you’d expect in a customer service setting. This is where it went completely downhill…

First visit with my sister. We were served by George at the till and at the table, what an asset he is to your company, efficient , informative and couldn't do enough for us. I would come back just for his service but the chicken was excellent too, very moist and tasty. All in all a great experience. Thank you

We visited the Swindon Orbital branch and ordered our food after being seated. Nearly 30 mins into waiting, we could see that our food was not being prepared. I went back to the till girl (I think her name is Lydia - blonde hair with glasses) and complained. She apologised and spoke to what looks like one of her colleagues at the grill. I had been observing them cooking and it appeared as though they had forgotten about my order!!!

They went above and beyond. My 5 year old son found the sweet BBQ sauce on his chicken wings too spicy (I'd already eaten a few of my chips which had spicy Salt on so I couldn't tell him it wasn't due to the spices i'd eaten) so I asked for a side plate so I could pull it apart and he could eat the chicken and I licked off the sauce (the fun jobs as a parent!) But the server Liam brought us over 3 plain chicken wings for my son which was extremely kind and I believe above and beyond.

Awful experience.
Waited 25-30 mins for food. Seen lots of food sat on hot plate area for some time.
Chicken was burnt.
Chips were warm(ish) - and some over cooked (burnt).
No forks or napkins for about 20 mins, finally when I mentioned it out loud someone replenished the cutlery and napkins.
Dirty sides and quite dusty.
Multiple Defence Discount codes didn't work, had to order and pay at till in the end.

My first eat-in (outside) Nando's experience in over seven months and first as a two-year-old was pretty successful!

There were quite a few tables outside and we were the first to arrive for lunch! The friendly Nandoca was a bit unaware of the new system and how it all worked, but luckily Daddy knew what to do and quickly got ordering on his phone after scanning the QR code on the table.

Visited today and was served by Ella B who made the experience wonderful, really friendly and was very happy to please. It was mums birthday so off Ella's own back organised a chocolate cake with a candle in it.

Stopped here late in the afternoon and was greeted with an almost empty restaurant. It’s definitely one of the best decorated Nando’s around - easily in the top ten.

I could not rate the service I received today high enough! I had gastric surgery in January which had left me with an intolerance to refined sugar and eating out can be difficult!

When I arrived, I explained this to the manager Adam. He went and got the book that holds all the nutritional information and ingredients.
