Rude staff very disappointed
Didn't let my pregnant partner sit down, but let their friends wait instead which is unacceptable.
Mains came out as we were still eating our starters.
No one checked on our food.
No glasses brought to the table.
Staff didn't seem organised at all wondering round not caring at all.
Worst nandos experience we've ever had.

This was the first time i had visited this particular Nando’s and I was a little nervous as they had seating at the front of the restaurant that was in very bright lighting, which is extremely uncomfortable for me to be in as I’m autistic. If seated here I would have had to leave.
I asked the lady on the front desk if we may have a table inside and explained why and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. Her name was Hope and she made our visit a very pleasant one.

We were out for some lunch and we were served badly. It started at the till. We asked for a veggie sweet potato burger but instead they brought a side dish of sweet potato and waited for 30 mins just to get this miniscule dish.Then the manager came and apologised .Then we had to re-order the sweet potato burger. (we still had to pay for the side dish even though we did not even touch the damn dish).

Garlic bread was undercooked and cold. My sweet potato wedges were burnt and greasy. We sent them back replacement was worse. Finally got a refund for them. Usually visit Nando's in Chester or Cheshire Oaks and never have a problem. Would not visit this one again.

I had the new sweet potatoe and coleslaw with seeds at side I thought it tasted amazing a very healthy choice and would defo have it again, foods always greats and the staff are fantastic in manchester Arndale, I've been lots of times and I'm never disappointed with the standard of staff there, always great u with a smile and that's what I like most about nandos, it's not just about the food as I can get great food in lots of places it's about the staff!!!!

2nd Nando's of the day and I had planned to have something small to make way for the third which is to follow after this review...

Managed to drag along three of the guys from the reviewer dinner, Elliott, Pompey and Eduardo who it was really nice to meet, although Pompey was already heading this way we made it a group thing. Got there quarter to three and were seated straight away but the restaurant was very busy, people also being seated upstairs.

This store is in the Arndale a large shopping centre in the heart of Manchester, the parking nearby was very expensive costing £12.50 for a few hours on a Sunday afternoon.

The store is over two levels, with much of the lower level being out into the shopping precinct, I'm not keen on stores in shopping centres which lack walls.

The staff were very friendly and the food took an average time but was very tasty on its arrival with excellent chicken.

It had everything that I could want
A very attentive work force

I visited the Nando's in Manchester's Arndale Centre before going to a concert at the MEN. It was really busy, and the staff were really good at making sure we were seated as soon as possible. Our food arrived pretty quickly, was piping hot and delicious as always. My mum hadn't been to Nando's before and she was very impressed - I think I've recruited another Nando's fan!

nandos in manchester is a great restraunt! The food is delicious and always mouthwatering because it is always hot! the staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable:) the place is clean all the time and their is plenty of space! it is in a shopping arcade which is very easy to get to! I would recommend visiting here

this one is in a shopping mall so expect LONG waits....

we managed to get a table in a corner but i did notice that a lot of the tables are in regimented rows (a bit like the school dinner hall) so if you dont want to eat your dinner with the people on the table next to you earwigging your conversation, then this perhaps isnt the place for you!

Most of the staff were training (presumption) and it was only the first girl who seated us (after the other guy seated us incorrectly) who was overall polite. The girl behind the till was decent too..
The lack of plates for bones was very strange... people kept asking for them and the staff had to get them.. you think a central collection point would be ideal.

As a colleague and I were around the Manchester area for a few days, this was the fourth of four new Nando's for us!

It is located within the Arndale Shopping Centre (in The Triangle) and so parking is at a premium. I am sure locals would just hop on the tram but as we were out of towners, we drove in and even though I amused to parking in Brum City Centre, I found the parking here to be very expensive (£7+ for a few hours).

This visit was a while ago, from what I remember it was quite a big branch, it had two floors, me and my friend got seated on the upper floor on a huge table for about six tucked away in a corner, even though there was just two of us. This was awesome as we had so much room and comfort, however the till was quite a walk from our table, we had to go downstairs to order the food! The staff were nice and polite and dealt with us as you would expect.
