Upon arrival I was greeted by Kaiten towards the end of the night who was the host where he gave us the choice of choosing where we would like to sit in the restaurant. He thoroughly explained where cutlery, sauces and extras were kept so we could help ourselves. He then took our order at the tills where even though they were out of chickpea explained an alternative veggie meal for my girlfriend where she took the beanie wrap and enjoyed it!

Was my first time at the retail park Nandos where I was introduced by the host who sat me down at a table within a 10minute period. I was then served by Kaiten at the till who was very friendly and patient whilst I chose my meal; he explained the full platter and all the different sides with it. He then checked upon me and my family to see if everything was okay and offered me desserts at the end.

I was served by Natalie who went above and beyond to help me with my children and order. My olives didn't have any garlic. Natalie looked in the pot and there wasn't any left. She went to the back and opened a new bag and brought over a small bowl with a few which we really appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you.

Food was a 20 min wait, which would have never arrived if i didnt chase it up, turned out the food order never went through. The manager on this day was rude and had too much attitude which wasnt pleasant. There was rubbish on the floors and plenty of miss handling with cross contamination from one girl being on tills then grabing and serving a platez

I had sunset burger with a side of Peri chips. The burger looked like a mess, my blind grandma could put it better together. Very sloppy job. That tiny piece of lettuce have seen better days. And that bun. A piece of stale bread. Had to ditch it after one bite. Also had two butterfly chicken breasts. Seems over the years the chickens have shrunk. And it was 16.50! Still don't understand what have I paid for. Overall very disappointing.

One of the employees called JADE was so so helpful and super kind. She helped us with our order, and the best way to get it for the best price. She spoke very politely to customers, and was very happy to obtain customer needs when ever needed.

I just noticed that the food is getting smaller in portion whilst the prices are getting dearer. Imagine the regular rice is just 2tbsp. I ate it in 2 mouthsful, gone in a snap. The containers are getting smaller indeed. The chicken also is a small portion. Everything is served like kids meal. I paid £26.00, i feel is too much considering my family & i (family of 3)didnt feel we were full. The only that hasnt change is the size of the refillable glass. Quite dissappointed all in all.

My sister and I came to this nandos yesterday. I have been to other nandos before and was never overly impressed. I had a double buggy and my sister had a car seat. We were sat within 10 minutes. I grabbed two high chairs and placed my children in them. The tables are a little close together but we still had some room.

So my third Nando's of the week was at the Enfield - retail park. It is quite a difficult Nando's to get to other than driving. But as we all drove it was quite easy to get to. There was a bus stop across the road but I would definitely recommend driving. As it was in a retail park there was plenty of car parking space. The car park was pretty empty as most of the stores in the retail park were closed.

Hit this branch with Patrick and Steven on Saturday evening as we met up with a guy I've not seen since finishing school (too many years ago now!) Chose this branch over the one in the town centre thanks to the swathes of free parking... but it seems a common trick as the queue for a table was probably the longest I've come across! Told 15-20mins, it was considerably longer until we got a table (some people were told 45+mins).

I was served by a young gentleman : Eren
He gave the best customer service he was friendly, good personality and he was polite and really made my trip to nandos incredible
I would come again just to be served by him as he gave great recommendations and was quick and efficient

I came to this Nandos with my partner on Thursday and it was quite busy for a Thursday evening, staff were so polite and took there time in seating us and then taking my order. I quickly realised there wasnt many till staff as a young blonde girl (think she said her name was Michelle )came from the kitchen area to take my order and apologised straight away for the long wait. She was so polite and understanding that it was our first time.

The staff were incredibly rude almost like they couldnt be bothered to do there jobs when i asked for some mayonnaise seemed like was to much effort when we finally got half a pot of mayonnaise for a table of five i asked if we could have some more and the waitress just looked at me in a very rude way. Disgusting service would not go back

I ate a mediterranean salad with all the extras its was amazing but only thing was the avacardo was rotten but that was no problam told a memeber of staff and they changed it for me , I love nandos but disappointly this resturant is to small so much people so long you have to wait, Theres a subway next door now lets face is no1s going to go there when nandos is next door. So i say demolish it !!!!! And make nandos big .

Arrived at this Nando's at about 4pm so there were lots of groups of screaming kids - but most of them left after 10 minutes... Nando's is in a building on the retail park with a Subway and Carphone Warehouse. There are hundreds of free spaces with up to 3 hours parking on the retail park - so probably one to get to by car - but it is also a a five minute walk from Soutbury train station. A Cineworld is on the other side of the A10 in Southbury Leisure Park.

Visited Saturday Evening as it a newly opened Nandos. it would do with a skill mix of experienced staff from other stores..It was chaos they were free tables but the allocation took edges. As we could see those were doing grills it appears they didn't have clear leadership. the working area was clumsy. No clear que of those who wanted to place their order. Management needs sorting out.

This was our first visit to the new Enfield Retail Park Nandos, having been regulars to the Enfield Town branch, however this was easier for us to get to ( believe it or not, as my girlfriend took ten minutes to settle on a parking space ).

A new Nando's in Enfield can only be a good thing, what with crazy demand at the Enfield Town restaurant most nights of the week. This one is slightly more awkward to get to, with a car almost definitely required, though parking is significantly easier, with abundant free spaces located in the retail park.

Although my sat nav was unhappy with the postcode of the retail park, I put in the postcode of Baird Road (EN1 1SJ) which leads down to the newest Nando's within the M25!
