Braintree

I don’t go to nandos very often but thought it would be a good place to go with some mates as we have some picky eaters in our friend group and thankfully nandos can cater to all taste pallets, no matter how spice intolerant! We had a really good time with very attentive staff (especially Dan, who was a lovely waiter who struck up a conversation with us and made sure we were all happy.) I had the lemon and herb chicken butterfly which was lush and everybody else also enjoyed their meals.

Dan and Bella were amazing, it was my nephews birthday and they sang happy birthday to him and made the day fun and so special. Thank you Dan and Bella. It was really appreciated.

Such a good Nandos!! The food is served quickly, it's fresh, hot and delicious. The staff are all polite and lovely, especially Bella who looked after us beautifully.

I think our waitress was called Bella. She was outstanding. Went above and beyond to help us. Truly amazing service. Thank you so much. She is a credit to your company.

Went to Braintree to watch Mamma Mia 2 and had some time to spare so grabbed a cheeky nandos with the squad. Food took a while to come but we didn’t care because there was a lot of banter going on at the table. The food was beaut as always and made our Abba rave sesh in the cinema even better as we didn’t have to buy any food when we went to the cinema after.

When I entered nandos on the 8th of august at precisely 7.43, I had no idea how much I would hate Josh. My squad and I had a delightful meal, and were about to leave when Josh came to take our plates. He asked very politely if everything was okay, to which I responded "yes everything was great thank you" he then asked if there was anything extra I could add.

The food was great hot and tasty, my friend have told me the garlic bread is rock hard but mine was cooked to perfection. The staff were nice to us but you could tell they were rushed off their feet as they seemed very understaffed!! Was a great visit all in all but maybe need a few more team members.

We were sat by a girl with short hair and glasses and she was lovely and friendly and found us a table big enough to have the buggy nearby. We went to the till to order and a man with a curly Argo type hair and a girl with shoulder brown length hair were serving already but I qued and it only lasted a few minutes as they wizzed through the que.

After having run the Colchester Half, what better way to re-fuel than with some chicken and chips?? :-D Stopped off at Braintree Nando's on the way back at about 1:30pm on a Sunday and surprisingly it was only half full, so no time to queue and the food came in just under 10 minutes.

Popped in for a nice evening meal with the family, the staff (who are always friendly) gave us a choice of where to sit in the restaurant (restaurant was half full at best) so we saw on a nice booth that could probably fit six, very comfy.

Ordered the food, again the staff were friendly, however the wait was about 15-20 minutes as everybody began to eat at the same time in the restaurant so the orders seemed to be very busy.

I come here alot and i am alwayys blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how well they work together they always have smiles on their faces! and as for the food just one word and that's WOW!! nothing more to be said.
