Tried chorasco burger tasted great had a premimium slaw inside "nice" have to get to this one early on lunchtime as it fills up fast

Less than a five minute walk from Liverpool Street Station though we were in the Wetherspoons having a drink. Was in the area for a work meal at the Duck and Waffle and thought I might as well take advantage of the limo ride to the East Side of London and go to Nando's.

Again, I was disappointed with this branch.

Firstly, it was boiling hot in there. Secondly, my nandos loyalty card couldn't be read because the machines weren't working, so I couldn't redeem any free food.

There were 3 of us and all of our meals came at different times, my butterfly chicken took over 30 minutes to arrive and when it did, it was slightly overcooked. By this point it was past 10pm and getting late.

After finishing up at Spitalfields I headed back to Fenchurch Street so stopped off for my second Nando's here! Liverpool Street tube/train station are the nearest being a few minutes walk away and Fenchurch Street is less than 10 minutes walk away.

Second time I'd been to this branch - first since the RYN dinner in December. For the first time since the new loyalty cards were introduced, a Portuguese-speaking Nandoca noticed my surname and spoke to me in Portuguese which I thought was a nice touch! Service was superb despite in being a busy weekday lunchtime in Liverpool Street and all-in-all a good experience - made even better by the use of my RYN-won gift card!

Parking was great (didnt realise i could park outside) so i had a 10 min walk back to old street (took me 30 mins because i got lost)
i was very disappointed in how long it took me to order my food with one waitress at the till and 25 of us ordering dinner. i had to wait a long long time for my food to finally arive.

THE WORST NANDO'S IN EXISTANCE. I went here a few weeks ago and they didn't have chicken (bloody joke). Then, this week, no halloumi and no fucking desserts.

Took about 25 minutes to order. Staff were idiots. Should be closed.

Part of the RYN dinner... Felt sorry for the girl who had to single-handedly take all the orders downstairs as no-one else was sent to help her. The branch then ran out of halloumi cheese very early and all kinds of chaos affected dessert choices (I was lucky enough to get mine). The food I did have was very good, though, and credit the staff for giving me garlic bread instead of halloumi.

This central London store is close to Liverpool street train station and petticoat lane market. The large glass frontage shows off the 2 floors which are slightly up and slightly lower than street level.

I had the longest wait I've ever had at a Nandos. I waited 50 minutes for my half chicken and had to repeatedly ask, being ignored a couple of times. The chicken when it was came was dry. The majority of our group had finished eating before my food even arrived. To make things worse, when it came to ordering desserts, none of my 4 options were available. Not a good visit...however it was made slightly better by winning the Nandos Reviewer Event quiz and winning a bottle of Nandos sauce!

It took some people half an hour to order. The downstairs area was too crowded. That's all I remember.

I've visited the London Liverpool Street branch on various occasions and never seemed to be fully satisfied.

One time I went my wing platter took around 25-30 minutes before arriving. Since I had a train to catch I asked them if I could have the wings as a takeaway to take with me. To be fair to the staff, they obliged and also threw in an extra 10 wings to say sorry, which was a nice gesture.

It was absoloutley rubbish.
The service was crap as i had to wait 10+ minutes for my food since your waiter forgot about me.
The food was not nice, it was not worth the wait.
The fanta drink machine didn't work.
There was no straws and knives.
Never coming to this nandos ever again.
It was RUBBISH.

After a terrible visit to another branch earlier this week, Nandos near to Liverpool Street station in London was a delightful surprise. An established, busy restaurant, where the saff know how to handle the rush. Polite, clean and well presented, this branch can act as a model for many other outlets. Utilised both levels when required and provided ample sauce on their chicken.
Bit of a bonus, hot Swedish waitress got talking and said she loved London men (mad, if you ask me).

Almost a year on from my first visit and apparently very little has changed. I imagine this branch is busy every evening regardless of the day of the week, especially when the downstairs section is closed. Luckily our party of 4 was sat almost immediately (had it been 5, the wait would have been considerably longer) and there was only a short queue before our orders were taken.

The decor is rather impressive at this central London branch. The restaurant itself is rather spacious with seating downstairs and upstairs. From the street you can see the carved individual letters of Nando's which is a sight to behold. The food was of a high standard although I was not full after half a chicken and a large peri chips which was surprising.
