Me and my family were very satisfied with the service and food. One staff stood out called Antonio who delivered very good costumer service and was very attentive as I am pregnant and made sure myself and my family were well informed and taken care of

I went in Nando’s Vauxhall and the atmosphere was of peace, and happiness. The food as always was great, fast, and delicious. Special mention to Pascal the Italian man. He was superbly amazing.

We went at the time the cricket finished in the area. Very busy, but great and quick service with friendly staff. Well organised. We were impressed.

Workers were very friendly, very observant and attentive. Absolutely love it and will carry on coming back!!

I know we're all getting used to this new normal but there needs to be better organisation between customers who want to eat in and one's who are picking up orders. I was waiting in a queue unnecessarily for 15 mins as I had already ordered, just wanted to pick up. Better signage and more proactive staff would be great.

Waited for my food (whole chicken and fries) for a ridiculous 40 min. On the 30 min mark we asked a floor staff if she could go and check the status of our food. She never got back to us. The next time we saw her she returned with another customer's food, who was 10 waiting number behind us. When I stated that this was unacceptable, she gave me the sighing, rolling eye ATTITUDE and blurted "I told you I am going to the kitchen to check" and ran off to the kitchen.

I tried the new sunset burger and it was delicious.

My daughter has got a severe allergy to milk, when I order our meals I mentioned this to the cashier (Vinny, I think he's the manager) he advised on what to eat and left the till after I made the order and cleaned the kitchen facilities and personally made my daughter meal himself. I really appreciate what he did and It made my day. I will defiantly go back to Nandoes in Vauxhall again.

I really enjoyed this Nando's, thought it was in a great location, near tube/train stations. And we had our own secret booths which was cool. Food took a little long to come but that's nothing out of the ordinary. Another successful RYN event.

I attended my first Rate Your Nandos event at Vauxhall Arches. On entering it is a gorgeous Nandos and I love the arched ceilings. We were placed in little side rooms for our event, which were very small and rather cramped and as the evening went on it got rather hot and stuffy in there. I do understand why they put us there but I'd like to go back and sit in the main restaurant area. The food took quite a while to come, but we were a big group so that is fair enough.

RYN6 approached, and having visited this outlet before when it was quiet, and receiving excellent service, I looked forward to visiting this outlet again with the RYN team.

I didn't ask where the food was, but staff were very apologetic due to the length of time I waited. They weren't to know I was second last to order behind about 20+ other people from the RYN 6th Birthday dinner party gang.

Went for my parents 30th wedding anniversary. First time visiting this branch, from when we entered the restaurant we received 5* service. Was shown to the table straight away. Was served at the till within 2 minutes. Very friendly cashier. The food came within 5 minutes of sitting down. We didn't even get to finish our olives yet and food had already come!! Chicken was nicely cooked (not burnt like in other nandos) big portions, lots of chips! and fresh coleslaw.

Vauxhall Arches

Possibly one of the randomest and stylish outlets I have been too, is Vauxhall arches.

Approaching from Vauxhall station, you are guided by bright neon signs, taking you right to the front. You enter through a revolving door, and after a short interlude, I was given a hand gesture to suggest "pick your own table". After choosing a central table, I sat down and perused the menu.

Since the last time I went to Vauxhall it was closed for a private do (which was fine as went to the great Clink Street one), I was keen to get back to this Nando's as soon as possible - and today was that time!

This is under the railway arches, so is right by both Vauxhall tube and rail stops - and it also just half a mile walk from The Oval cricket ground, so easily found.

Wasn't my favourite Nandos experience. We were put in a tiny enclosed booth which made us feel squashed and claustrophobic. This wasn't the fault of the organisers, but the restaurant itself. The decor was quirky, but not to my taste. It seemed cold, dingy and soulless, like worn-out service station. This was accompanied by the sewage smell when I entered.

Another exceptional contributors' event. One of the biggest turnouts so it was a very fun evening. That being said, it wasn't it without some speed bumps along the way. The food was good, as expected. I remember the wings being particularly spicy, which I enjoyed. There was an above average waiting time, which didn't get people too rowdy as there was plenty of conversation with such a large group. It was a great event but could have been that much greater with impeccable service.

Went to the RYN event and it was fantastic! Free goody bag, starter and I got a free (bottomless) drink too!

Can't fault the dinner in anyway - even the '3' for Speed of Service is more than acceptable due to the number of us there. Great stuff.

Glad to win half of Ricky's full platter in the raffle and enjoyed being in the private room. It sure was different from your average Nando's. We had a slight problem with the voucher but it got resolved in the end. I also enjoyed becoming the person to have attended most RYN reviewer dinners apart from the team, 7/9!

Welcome one and all to the Uber King Of All Nandos ... the much hallowed and talked about Vauxhall branch. Yes this branch really is peri peri good! And here's why it hits the spot ... from the moment you walk through the revolving doors you feel like Clarke Kent changing into Superman as you are indeed greeted like a superhero by the many attentive and extremely good looking staff, whisked to your table where that all important cock on a stick is placed down to signify you have arrived.
